We cannot directly save the photos in our orkut friend's album.
This trick is very simple. most of you may know this trick, but i'm posting it here for those who doesn't know, like my brother.
Use Firefox or Google chrome to view the friend's album. (May work in IE or Opera)
Open the photo which you need to save.
Now just drag the photo and drop it on the desktop or other open folders. Just like copying a file.
