You can change the image of your login screen using this trick.
Exactly follow the steps given below, any change you made may make a mistake. If you are an advanced user, you know how to make changes in the steps.
Complete all the following stages.
Stage 1: Making the image to show in login screen.
Select the image file for the login screen. The image must be in .bmp format.
To make an image in BMP format: Open the image in MS Paint. Select File > Save As.. , type the file name, under Save as file type:, select 24-bit Bitmap and click Save.
Best fit size for the image is 800 x 600. Otherwise the image may stretch.(Better use Photoshop or ACDSee image editor)

That makes a copy of the file logonui.exe in system32 folder to a folder LoginScreenEdit, which is in C drive.

8. Now a preview is shown in left bottom. Click Replace button on right side bottom to change the Logon screen image.
9. Select File > Save.

Steps:
1. Open Registry Editor. ( Start > Run > regedit) [(No Run?)(Regedit disabled?)]
2. Get to this location.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
[directly jump to a registry key]
3. Export the key Winlogon. (Right click > Export)

Change its value to C:\\LoginScreenEdit\\logonui.exe (the path of edited logonui.exe file)
5. Close the Registry Editor.
You have done your work. Press Windows Key + L to view the new login screen.
If the image is distorted, use Adobe Photoshop or ACDSee image editor to convert the image files to do that.
